材料（３人前）

  • ニンジン　　　　　　　１/２本
  • ミニトマト　　　　　　３個
  • パストラミビーフ　　　少量
  • クルミ　　　　　　　　２～３粒
  • ディル　　　　　　　　３房
  • オリーブオイル　　　　大さじ２
  • バルサミコ酢　　　　　小さじ３
  • 黒コショウ　　　　　　少々

作り方

１．ニンジンの皮を剥きます。そのあと、ニンジンを縦にして、ピーラーでリボン状に切っていきます。このとき、切るごとにニンジンを回すと幅が平等になります。ミニトマトは、縦４等分に切っておきます。

２．フライパンを中火にかけて熱した後、オリーブオイルを入れます。ニンジンを加えて、１０秒程度素早く炒めます。火を消して、バルサミコ酢をニンジンに回しかけます。ミニトマトを加え、黒コショウを振った後に軽く全体を和えます。

３．お皿の中央に、ニンジンのパスタを円を描くように数回に分けて盛り付け、ミニトマトを三角形に３個置きます。そのあと、砕いたクルミをニンジンのパスタ全体に散らし、パストラミビーフを小さくちぎって飾ります。ディルをミニトマトの３角形に合わすように飾って完成です。

How to make it

  1. Peel the carrot. Then, hold the carrot lengthwise and cut it into ribbons using a peeler. Rotate the carrot after each cut to ensure the ribbons are of equal width. Cut the cherry tomatoes lengthwise into four equal parts.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, then add olive oil. Add the carrots and stir-fry quickly for about 10 seconds. Turn off the heat and drizzle balsamic vinegar over the carrots. Add the cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with black pepper, and then lightly mix everything together.
  3. Arrange the carrot pasta in a circular motion in the center of the plate in several portions, and place three cherry tomatoes in a triangle shape. Then, sprinkle crushed walnuts over the carrot pasta and garnish with torn pastrami beef. Garnish with dill to match the triangle of cherry tomatoes, and it’s complete.
